Subterraneans on the David Bowie Outside / NIN Dissonance tour. Found this footage from a website called www.seven1963.org/NINVideo.htm (it was 21 Oct 1995 Mountain View download). Seems to be the only footage I could find showing Trent playing saxophone

It was an inside job. What they told us was the cover up. The lie.
Wonder how he feels now about the truth about what happened that morning.
Didnt take him long after this to figure out what really happened. at least it led to some good music. Unfortunatly most people will never realize it.

I really don't get why everyone's suggesting Trent is drugged, insensitive, or has Asperger syndrome based in this interview. IMO, he just seems like a cold-headed, logical, and reasonable person. There's nothing wrong with not letting your feelings cloud your mind.
He mentions bioterrorism. This gives you a glimpse into the mass propaganda america was subjected to at this time.
Trent is a smart individual. He seems slightly uncomfortable or on drugs in this interview and it shows with his body language. I was in my first year of high school when the attacks happened. I saw the article online before the school went into lock down and i thought the attacks had happened before i was born lol.
Probably just uncomfortable, since this was after 9/11 so he was already sober.

Trent is angry? I was expecting him to be more emotionally sad about it. And another surprising thing is he doesn't seem to express his emotions heavily about the whole 911 thing. It like he has Aspergers or something.

This comment makes no sense.
What I believe the original commenter is saying is that they find it surprising that Trent seems more angry about the tragedy rather than sad about it. As for not outwardly expressing his emotions, it’s because his voice is flat and his face doesn’t emote much during the interview. Not visibly showing emotion is consider an aspergers trait (label no longer being used and is lumped in with ASD)
